Whether you’re throwing a bash for thirty or curling up on the couch in your jammies most everyone who’s watching will want an academy award-winning appetizer for tonight’s festivities. But if the big event has sneaked up on you like it has me you might need something sensational in a snap. Try this bite with guaranteed glam. And while it ensures black tie status it certainly won’t break the bank.
Here’s a quick (and inexpensive) version of egg and caviar toasts. The beauty of it all- it’s as easy as one, two, three.
All you’ll need are packaged Italian mini toasts, egg salad, and a jar of caviar.
I know I always warn of the “caviar” you’ll find next to the canned tuna but if it is simply a garnish why not make a splash with less cash.
Mix up a little egg salad.
Can be made earlier in the day or a day ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate.
