short but sweet (or savory)

Great news- move is done and my daughter and I are in the Cleveland carriage house apartment for a couple days while I wrap up the house sale.

Tonight our besties are coming by to see the new digs and have a quick glass of wine before we head over to fire for dinner. How great that my best bud is the mom of my daughter’s!

Never a fan of toasting on an empty stomach but being short on time and shorter on space I wanted to whip up a couple nibbles.

Everyone should have Athens Mini Fillo Cups in their freezer. They are indispensable.

Go to your favorite market or deli and get a prepared salad. One of my old hometown favorites to just that is J Pistone Market. Their Pesto Chicken Salad is incredible.

Just chop it up slightly, check for seasoning and spoon it into a fillo cup- presto.

Nothing tops a great cracker. This one caught my eye at the grocery store.

A perfect and simple topping is a dollop of whipped cream cheese and a savory pepper jelly.

Two bites for our two bests!
