1 Bag Broccoli Slaw

¼ Cup Toasted Slivered Almonds

1 T Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 Bunch Scallions, Chopped

1 Package Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles, Broken and with Seasoning Packet

1 T Sugar

¼ Cup Sesame Oil

1 ½ T Rice Vinegar

Salt and Pepper (to taste)



Combine the sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar and salt and pepper. Toss together the slaw, almonds, sesame seeds, scallions, Ramen noodles and seasoning packet. Add vinaigrette and toss.

Serve within the hour, otherwise make the vinaigrette and combine the vegetables and toss before serving.


Serves 4 (can be doubled)
