baby bok choy
Ingredients
1 T olive oil
4 Baby Bok Choy, quartered, rinsed and patted dry
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
½ tsp grated ginger
Directions
Heat 1 T oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the baby bok choy and sauté for 5 minutes until lightly browned and crisp-tender.
Combine sesame oil, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Add to bok choy and toss till coated and heated through.
Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Serves 4
