mezcal mule
Ingredients:
1 ½-ounces mezcal
1-ounce ginger beer
3/4-ounce fresh lime juice
3/4-ounce passion fruit purée
1/2-ounce agave nectar
3 slices cucumber
2 sprig mint
1 slice lime
Directions:
Fill a glass or copper mug with ice. Add the mezcal, ginger beer, lime juice, passion fruit puree, agave nectar, slice of cucumber and sprig of mint. Muddle well with a metal spoon. Add more ice if needed.
Garnish with two slices of cucumber, a sprig fresh mint, and a slice lime on the edge of the glass.
Serves 1
