israeli couscous with truffle butter

1 cup Israeli couscous

1 ¼ cups chicken broth

½ tsp salt

1 Tbsp truffle butter



Bring chicken broth and salt to a boil. Add the Israeli couscous. Stir, cover and reduce heat to medium-low.

Simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Stir in truffle butter and serve.
