cheesy potato bake

2 pound bag frozen Ore-Ida hash brown potato

1 teaspoon salt

1 small onion chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 pint sour cream

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

½ cup crushed corn flakes



Thaw the hash browns. Mix them with salt, onion, sour cream and cheese. Pour into a buttered 9x13 casserole. Sprinkle with the crushed corn flakes.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour until bubby and lightly browned.
