blini with smoked salmon and salmon caviar

Ingredients:

24 premade mini blinis

4 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced

2 ounces salmon roe caviar

2 Tbsp crème fraiche

fresh dill sprigs as a garnish

 

Directions:

Heat the blini according to the package, cool to room temperature.

Top each blini with a smudge of crème fraiche. Place a small folded over piece of smoked salmon on top of the blini. Top with a small amount of salmon roe. Garnish with a small sprig of dill.

Serve immediately.
