Ingredients:

1 10-ounce can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilis

1 16-ounce package Velveeta cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes

 

Directions:

Combine the cubed cheese and tomatoes and chilis with its juices in a microwave safe dish. Cover and heat on high at one-minute intervals, stirring, until completely melted and heated through.

Serve with tortilla chips and crudité.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
