Ingredients:
3 ounces mezcal
2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 ½ ounces blood orange puree (made from the juice and pulp of a blood orange)
1 ½ ounces hot honey syrup (recipe below)
Directions:
Combine the above and pour over Ice. Serve with a lime wedge.
Makes 2 cocktails

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hot water
2 dashes of tabasco, or to taste
Directions:
Combine the above. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Discard if it becomes cloudy.
