naan pizza

Ingredients:

2 naan bread 

4 teaspoons heavy cream

2 cloves grated garlic

2 ounces fresh mozzarella, shredded or broken into small pieces

2 ounces fresh taleggio, broken into small pieces

Ground black pepper

½ ounce Parmesan, finely grated

Honey 

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and top with a piece of parchment paper. Place the naan on the prepared baking sheet. 

Drizzle the cream over the naan. Scatter with the grated garlic. Top with the mozzarella, then the taleggio. Grind a generous amount of pepper on top of each.

Bake until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.

Scatter the Parmesan over the pizza and drizzle with a little honey. Serve immediately.
