dill sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped scallions, white and light green parts 

1/4 cup minced fresh dill

2 tablespoons minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper



Whisk together all of the ingredients and refrigerate. Can be made two days in advance.
