best baby back ribs
Ingredients
1 ½ cups Open Pit BBQ sauce
1 ½ cups Stubbs BBQ sauce
1 can or bottle of beer (per Pyrex dish)
1 pound baby back ribs per person
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place ribs in a single layer in a large Pyrex dish- cover with one bottle of beer and top off with water so the ribs are halfway submerged. Seal the dish with foil and bake for 30 min.
Remove from the oven drain off liquid, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat the grill to high.
Grill the ribs until a little crispy on each side. Brush with sauce and continue grilling on each coated side until slightly charred.
