roasted asparagus

Ingredients:

1 pound asparagus, bottoms cut off

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon kosher salt

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Toss asparagus with oil and salt on a rimmed baking dish.

Roast asparagus for 25-30 minutes, flip halfway through.

Note: The asparagus can be roasted a little earlier, just shorten the cooking time, leave at room temp then reheat for 10 minutes until heated through.

 

Serves 4
