grilled veal chops
Ingredients:
4 bone-in 1” veal chops
1 cup good Italian dressing
Directions:
Place veal chops in a zip-loc bag. Add Italian dressing. Remove as much air as possible and seal.
Refrigerate for one hour, turning once.
Heat grill to high.
Remove chops from marinade.
Grill until medium-rare, about three minutes per side.
Serves 4
