18 Mini fresh mozzarella balls

12 cherry tomatoes

8 basil leaves

36 Italian mini toasts



Slice mozzarella balls into 4 equal slices

Slice tomatoes into 3 equal interior slices

Julienne basil leaves

Top each toast with two mozzarella slices, one tomato slice and a sprinkle of basil



Makes 36 canapes
