brownie sundaes
Ingredients
4 iced brownies, quartered (forming four triangles each)
4 scoops quality vanilla ice cream
½ cup Crème de Leche caramel sauce
Directions
Arrange four brownie points on each of four plates, leaving a space in the center.
Spoon the caramel sauce into a small microwave safe dish. Heat in microwave on high for 20 seconds until just warm.
Place one scoop of ice cream inside the brownie points.
Top each scoop with 2 T of warm caramel sauce
Serve immediately
