watercress salad with truffle salt

Ingredients:

2 bunches watercress, trimmed, rinsed and spun dry

1-2 Tbsp best quality olive oil

2 pinches black truffle sea salt

 

Directions:

Divide greens on plates. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with black truffle sea salt.

 

Serves 4
