2 Tbsp whipped cream cheese

2 Tbsp sour cream

1 Tbsp chopped scallion, white and light green part only

1 cup flaked smoked trout

½ tsp chopped fresh dill

salt and pepper to taste



Whisk together the cream cheese and sour cream.

Stir in the shallot.

Fold in the smoked trout and chopped dill.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with crackers


Makes 1 cup
