roasted fingerling potatoes

Ingredients

1 lb small fingerling potatoes, cut lengthwise

1 T olive oil

1 T fresh rosemary, chopped

½ tsp salt

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Combing the potatoes, olive oil, rosemary and salt.

Place on a heavy rimmed baking sheet, making sure the potatoes are cut side down.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown

 

Serves 4
