pulled pork canapés

Ingredients

4 bakery fresh hot dog buns

2 Tbsp butter, melted

1 cup prepared pulled pork, finely shredded

½ cup coleslaw, drained

extra BBQ if needed

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Slice buns crosswise into ½” slices. Cut into 1” rounds with a round cutter. Place on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with melted butter. Bake for 6-10 minutes until slightly crisp. Reserve.

Heat pulled pork in a microwave safe bowl until warmed through. Add more BBQ sauce if the pork seems dry. Reheat if needed.

Top each croute with a small spoonful of warm pulled pork. Top with a small bit of drained coleslaw.

Serve immediately.
