prosciutto and truffle lollipops

Ingredients:

16 thin Italian breadsticks (plus more in case some break)

2 tablespoons truffle butter, softened to room temperature

8 very thin slices prosciutto

 

Directions:

Tear the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise. Smear truffle butter on the top half of a bread stick. Starting at the buttered top wrap the prosciutto around the breadstick at a downward angle. Place on a tray alternating the wrapped breadsticks or top-up in a bottom-heavy glass or vase. Repeat with the remaining breadsticks. Do not refrigerate.
