lahvosh with havarti and scallions

Ingredients:

1 sheet lahvosh

1 tablespoon soft butter

1+ cup grated havarti cheese

3 scallions sliced 

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread the lahvosh lightly with butter. Scatter cheese on top. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble. Scatter the sliced scallions on top. Return to oven and back for a minute or two until the cheese turns  lightly golden in areas.

Remove from the oven and cut into wedges.

Serves 2-4
