jarlsberg cheese dip

Ingredients:

8 ounces freshly grated Jarlsberg cheese

¼ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

 

Directions:

In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in a covered container for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Makes 1 ½ cups
