2 Quarts Vanilla ice cream, softened

¾ cup Kahlua

¾ cup Vodka



Soften ice cream in microwave for 30 seconds on high. Mix ice cream, kahlua and vodka in the bowl of a mixer or blender until combined and smooth.

Put in a plastic pitcher and freeze. (Can be made several days in advance).

Stir well before pouring into wine glasses.
