2 ripe avocados, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

½ cup chopped onion

¼ cup chopped cilantro

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/8 tsp ground cumin

1/8 tsp salt

freshly ground pepper



Toss the above until slightly smooth.

Place an avocado pit in the guacamole to keep it from browning until ready to serve.


Makes 2 cups
