grilled asparagus

Ingredients

1 large bunch thin asparagus

2 Tbs vinaigrette

 

Directions

Trim asparagus. Steam in microwave for two minutes. Shock and refresh in an ice bath. Drain well

Preheat grill to med-high. Toss asparagus in vinaigrette. Grill quickly turning once.

(Can be done hour ahead of time. Place grilled asparagus on a baking sheet to cool at room temperature. Reheat in a 350 degree oven for three minutes right before serving.)
