grilled arctic char

Ingredients:

6 8-ounce arctic char filets (skin on)

1 Tbsp lemon zest

2 Tbsp minced flat parsley

salt and pepper

 

Directions:

Season fillets with zest, parsley, and salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Preheat grill to high. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Starting with the skin side down gill over high heat for three minutes per side.

 

Serves 6
