goat cheese and olive tapenade dip

Ingredients:

4 ounces whipped goat cheese

½ cup fresh olive tapenade

1 bag Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita Chips

 

Directions:

You will need a small ceramic quiche dish or low bowl.

Spoon the goat cheese into the dish leaving a little a little perimeter around the edge.

Top with olive and caper tapenade. Again leaving a little border of goat cheese around the edge.

Place the filled dish on a decorative plate and scatter the pita chips around.

 

Serves 6
