fried corn

Ingredients
12 Ears Corn, shucked

¼ lb Bacon-chopped

½ Vidalia Onion-chopped

Directions

Cut kernels off the corn

Fry the bacon in a large skillet. Remove bacon and drain on paper towel. Leave 2 T drippings in pan. Saute onion until tender. Add the corn kernels

Season with salt and pepper

 

Serves 6
