fresh horseradish sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup creme fraiche

1/4 cup grated peeled fresh horseradish root, then minced

¼ tsp fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper

 

Directions

Combine the above. Season generously with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Best if made a day in advance.

 

Makes 1 cup
