crème fraiche horseradish sauce

Ingredients

½ cup crème fraiche

2 Tbsp prepared horseradish (or to taste)

salt and pepper

 

Directions

Combine the crème fraiche with the horseradish. Season with salt and plenty of freshly ground pepper.

 

 

Makes ½ cup
