creamy mustard sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

 

Directions:

Whisk cream until soft peaks form. Fold in mustards. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Makes 1 cup

 

(Great on beef tenderloin or grilled fillets)
