chicken salad cups

Ingredients:

20 pastry cups (such as Siljans crispy shells)

8 ounces chicken salad, finely chopped

1 ounce toasted sliced almonds

 

Directions:

Place a heaping teaspoon of finely chopped chicken salad into each cup. Top with a couple sliced almonds

Serves 6-8
