carrots with vodka

Ingredients

1 lb julienned carrots

3 Tbs butter

3 Tbs vodka (I use orange infused)

salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

Sauté carrots in butter over medium high heat till heated through. Add vodka and cook until slightly evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.

 

 

Serves 6
