3 ripe tomatoes, sliced into ¼ inch slices

1 ball fresh mozzarella, sliced into ¼ inch slices

16 fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 T good olive oil

Salt and pepper



Alternate layers of tomato with mozzarella. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
