brie and fig cups

Ingredients:

20 pastry cups (such as Siljans crispy shells)

6 ounces of Saint Angel Triple Cream cheese, rind removed

4 tablespoons fig preserves

 

Directions:

Place one-plus teaspoon into each pastry cup, pushing the cheese to one side. Spoon in ½ teaspoon fig preserve on the other side, drizzling a little over the cheese.

 

Serves 6-8
