arugula salad

Ingredients:

2 large handfuls of baby arugula

1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon good balsamic vinegar

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

 

Directions:

Toss the greens with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil, a splash of good balsamic, a pinch of kosher salt and a couple grinds of fresh pepper.

Serves 2
